New CI Events in the Virgin Islands

Location Spotlight: Concessions International of the U.S. Virgin Islands
Project: Project Homeless Connect

This one day event will provide medical examinations, counseling, HIV testing, assistance in obtaining food Stamps, referrals to service agencies, grooming, showers and hot meals for individuals and families who are homeless.

Concessions International of the U.S. Virgin Islands will volunteer during this one day event by serving food or assist in any capacity where help is needed.

Project: Emanuel Benjamin Oliver Elementary School Reading Program

The Educators at Emanuel Benjamin Oliver Elementary school believe that they are responsible for developing the young minds of their students and to assist them in becoming independent, acceptable thinkers and life long learners.

In support of the Emanuel Benjamin Oliver Reading program, Concessions International of the U.S. Virgin Islands will provide funding that will assist in purchasing books to help students who are unable to read or read at their grade level. Employees will also be encouraged to volunteer their time to read to the students.

Project: J. Antonio Jarvis Music Program

The Educators at J. Antonio Jarvis Elementary school believe that they are accountable for improving student achievement and strive to prepare all of their students with an extensive knowledge base that includes technologically rich and culturally diverse experiences.

In support of the J. Antonio Jarvis Music program, Concessions International of the U.S. Virgin Islands will help defray the costs associated in starting a violin music program at the school.
