 Terry Alford was hired in January of 2010 as a Help Desk Coordinator at the Hartsfield-Jackson Airport in Atlanta.  After seven months of service, Terry was given another location to service.  Currently, he is working at the Hartsfield-Jackson Airport and the Corporate office.  Terry provides exemplary service to the airport and the Corporate office.  Terry was recently recognized at the airport as the Employee of the 11th Period because of the extensive operational support he provides to the workplace.  In December, Terry was recognized at the Corporate Office as the Employee of the 3rd Quarter for providing service that was beyond the call of duty.  Terry visited the Colorado Sports Bar to help the transition.  Terry went above and beyond his duties when he set-up a Temporary Cart.  He not only coordinated the programming, but he also set-up the wiring required to get the system up and running.  The tasks he performed were new for him and he completed the tasks successfully without any direct supervision.
