Tanya Hairston-Whitner, an accomplished attorney, currently serves as General Counsel for Concessions International, LLC. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Hairston-Whitner was a partner at Kilpatrick Stockton, LLP in Atlanta, where her practice covered most aspects of commercial real estate and corporate transactions.
As Vice President and General Counsel, she is a member of the Company's executive management team. Her areas of responsibility include contract negotiation, subtenant management, regulatory compliance, ACDBE program oversight, supervision of outside legal counsel, management of airport relationships, and management of the Company's capital projects department.
Ms. Hairston-Whitner received her bachelor of science degree in Economics/Finance from Bentley University and her juris doctorate from Yale Law School. Ms. Hairston-Whitner also serves as chairman of the board of directors for the Center for Black Women's Wellness, a member of the Bentley University board of trustees; a member of the National Board of Directors for the Arthritis Foundation; and a member of the Board of Directors for Park Pride.
